Not sure what to say?

Rudy was the greatest guy! He was funny and considerate as well as loved by everyone. He told me after reviewing some of my photos I'd taken that I had a 'good eye'. Made me very confident and proud. He truly is missed. Beryl

Rudy was a man of great integrity. His love for God and family was evidenced at all times. His dedication to both was equally visible. He was a man who listened to all and did not judge but sought solutions. His presence will be missed but I know his current view was worth all he had to give.

"Earth has no sorry that Heaven can not heal". Thanks to Rudy and Lana for all the support you continued to give to my daughter Jenise Dixon in her acting career. Also thanks to Rudy for the beautiful pictures and write-up he submitted to the World Herald for my mother Edna Mae Dixon. God knows your labors. Sincerely, Evangelist Glory Dixon, Atlanta, Georgia.

One of the regrets I have of leaving The World-Herald nearly 40 years ago was that I no longer got to see Rudy on a regular basis. I have always had such high regard, respect and affection for Rudy. He unfailingly brightened my day. I was blessed to count him as a friend. God bless Llana and family!

I always enjoyed Rudy and Llana coming in to eat at Mo Fish. You are like family at Mo fish, and always will be.
You will be deeply missed Rudy. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

Our thoughts and prayers to the family from all of us at Mo Fish . Glad we had the pleasure of meeting such a wonderful gentleman. You will be missed Rudy but never forgotten.

While in high school some thirty years ago, Rudy was always on the sidelines of football games, basketball games. He was a great mentor to me and other young photographers as I'm guessing he helped kids like me at the other high schools as well. One time, he slipped me his sideline pass to a Nebraska game at halftime when he had to leave... you can imagine how that made my day! Thanks Rudy!

Very sorry to hear of Rudys passing. Im reminded of the beautiful legacy that he left all of us to appreciate and love. He was an incredible husband to Llana, and wonderful father to his children. A very kind man with a big heart, who made a huge impression upon my life, and the lives of so many people. Thanks be to God who allowed this wonderful man to touch our lives and be a blessing to us all!
