HI Michelle, I am years late but just realized Rudy has passed and want to say, while working with him in 2009-2010 we became close friends. I was the project manager and Rudy was building plants for us (headwaters). He was the nicest, most knowledgeable and personable manager I ever encountered and I miss his kind manner and big smile. R.I.P. Rudy... He was one of my faverite people. Tuff as nails, loving and knowledgable. It was always fun joking with Rudy... He knew how to give it back.. Very fun and memorable person... I will never forget him as long as I live. God bless Rudy's family..
