I met the Troya family in the early 90's, when Anne & Rudy moved in across the street from my family. My kids, being the same ages as Nicole & Natalie, were thrilled to have such wonderful play pals, and those friendships have continued thru these years. Rudy, and Anne were just wonderful neighbors, in our neighborhood. We all shared BBQ's, & family dinners, and spent summers swimming in their pool. Rudy was an amazing man. He was always happy, he was also a very funny guy. He really knew how to make everyone laugh. He loved his girls so much; Ann, Nicole and Natalie. He never had anything bad to say about anyone. Rudy will be missed by many. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this time.
