In the early 60's I delivered newspapers to Rufus and Edna... and counted them among my favorite customers because of their pleasant way and smiles. Before that they were good family friends and later I enjoyed considering them my friends. In all the years I knew Rufus I don't recall ever seeing him without a smile. It is a smile that shall be missed!
