Not sure what to say?

Rupert was a great friend and mentor. I will forever miss his hugs, advice and wonderful laugh.

Rupert touched so many lives in so many different ways. He was a kind and gentle man, a wonderful friend and mentor, a devoted husband, a loving father, brother, and son. He will remain in my heart and never far from my thoughts until time is no more. I swear on the friendship I was lucky enough to share with Rupert that his legacy will live on and his children will always know what a tremdenous person he was.

Farewell my friend. So much of me is made of what I learned from...

While I was only fortunate enough to meet Rupert online through the SCA, I know that the man that he was touched everyone with whom he came into contact. His loss is sorely felt, and he will be missed.

Your family is in our prayers. Rupert was a kind man with a winning smile who will be remembered fondly.

I was never fortunate enough to meet Rupert in person, only through correspondence online. I do not have enough words to convey my heartfelt condolences to his families. Our prayers are with you all.

Ruppert was always a good hearted friend who welcomed others with open arms I will sorely miss him and will always remember him fondly and as a brother.

I knew Rupert through the SCA. I knew him as a funny, charismatic man and when I think of things he's done or said it makes me smile. We are lessened by his passing. Your family is in my prayers.

Rupert will always be remembered as
someone who contributed much to every endeavor, not the least of which was how much he enriched all of us in the SCA. He will be forever missed. We send our deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to his family.

As with so many others, I met Rupert in the SCA. I have many extraordinary memories of times spent with this man both on and off the field. He wanted great things for the SCA and worked to achieve them. Our Society is lessened by Rupert's loss. --Bran Trefonnen
