Russ was a year ahead of me in graduate school at UAB and I sure remember that smile of his. I work with the MSHA Program and would like to attend the Memorial Service along with Dr. Howard Houser, one of our professors who taught Russ. I will keep you and Russ' brothers, nieces and nephews in my prayers during this tough time.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Russ. When someone you love becomes a memory, the memory becomes a treasure when it fills your heart with love and brings you joy. May you find comfort in Jesus promise of the hope of everlasting life at John 6:40.

Dearest Gray family, I am holding you close in my heart. I am so deeply sad to hear of Russ's passing and pray for sweet solace for you all. Time has not diminished my treasured memories of our families' joyful times together. I am grateful for Russ's life and mourn with you. May you be surrounded with the love and care of many friends.
