I was a neighbor of Rusty's family when he was just a young boy back in 1969 on Jessamine Ln. in St. Paul. His Mom (Barb) and stepfather (Ray) were very helpful to me while I was home with three young children while my husband was overseas in the Air Force (during the Viet Nam era) They were all a great family and I remember each and every one of the four kids very well.
