Beloved husband of the late Rose Amsinger; Loving father of Kenneth (Jan), Richard (Donna Brown), Wayne, and Jean Amsinger; Loving grandfather of Alexandra Amsinger; Dear brother of the late Melvin Amsinger; Dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Mr. Amsinger was a 46 year employee of Southwestern Bell. He served in WW II as a pilot and was held captive as a prisoner of war for 18 months.

Services: Funeral from the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, 10:30 a.m. to St. Alban Roe Catholic Church, Wildwood for 11:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Private. If desired, contributions may be made to St. Louis Children's Hospital, 1 Children's Place, St. Louis, MO 63110.
