I am so saddened by the loss of Rusty. He was a great classmate, a true gentleman and a good friend. I will never forget his smile. My thoughts and prayers are with Bette and his family. Much love, Darla Gilson (Fayetteville, GA)

I was so saddened to hear of Rusty's passing. I was looking forward to seeing him if the 2012 reunion came off. He was one of the people I respected most at NPHS—never "clicky." As his football cohort in junior high and next-door neighbor for several years in high school, please give my condolences to his mother and Betty. I'm sure it was a deep loss to all who knew him.
