Russell Kurt Baxter, 60, of Park City, Kansas, passed away on October 29, 2025. He is survived by his wife Lisa, sons Brett and Bryan, and three grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held 1 p.m. November 16 at The Highlands in Valley Center, Kansas. He will be deeply missed.

Russ was always such a sweet, funny, kind and super smart guy. He had such a wonderful sense of humor and was always smiling. I worked with him back in the Raytheon days in Andover. There was a team engagement event for Easter. Russ dressed up in the Easter bunny costume. It was so hot that day and we had to stop several times so he could take the head off and cool off. He teased me about payment and I told him I owed him a six pack. When he retired, I paid up. He laughed so hard- I brought...
