Russell was born on January 12, 1924 and passed away on Friday, August 10, 2018. Russell was a resident of Tomah, Wisconsin at the time of passing. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, August 14, 208, 12:00 Noon at Faith Independent Baptist Church, Ontario. Burial will be in Billings Creek Cemetery with military honors by the Bredlow-Ewing American Legion Post #467. Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Tues at the church from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
