Russell Ellis Carothers Jr.

Dear Marge and Family, I was sorry to hear of Russ's death.I was a younger classmate of his at St Martins from 1942 to 1943 and worked with him and several other students building fences around the Olympia airport for a contractor named Kelly during the summer before many of us were called to the service. He and all of you will remain in our thoughts and prayers.

Love and condolences to you and your family, Sam. Your dad sounds like an amazing man and I'm sure he'll be deeply missed.
