I will never forget the times we spent together after the games when I played in Montreal with the Canadiens. Our friendship never changed just because I played for the opposition. You were my friend when I played for the Bruins in the 60's and our friendship never faltered even tho I changed teams many times.

I drove a stock cars in a Bruins handicap race at one of his tracks and nearly took out the announcers stand where he was sitting. These are the memories that will never be...

I have great memories growing up with Russ,racing our soap boxes down Corliss Hill rd. in Haverhill. Iwould see Russ at race tracks and we would always talk about the good old days. I will miss him. rest in peace Russ.
