Russ was a great man and so helpful to me as an Animal Control Officer in Quincy. He could not of been a nicer person to work with. So sorry for your loss. Rest in Peace dear sir!!!

My dear friend Russell. You always meant so very much to me and to both of my parents. You were the first visually impaired adult mentor that I had. From the time I was five years old, and you came into our home for that first dinner with me and my parents you taught me how to face my vision problem with grace courage and humor the way you always did yourself. When I remember who you are I will think of laughter. I will remember all of the get-togethers we had at our home at Christmas or in...
