Dear Dr. Peters,
During my time with Connecticut Surgical Group, I had the pleasure of meeting your wonderful family on several occasions. I am truly shocked and saddened to hear of your terrible loss. Please accept my sincerest condolences and know that you and your boys are in all our hearts and prayers. Russ will live on through you and the countless others whose lives he touched.

I was in West Hartford two weeks ago and learned of Dr. Gee's death. I am very, very sorry. Although I didn't know him, my wife had gone to him for a consultation on a foot problem and had thought he was so kind, caring, and thorough. RJ was a student of mine in the Norfeldt Band. He adored his father and spoke of him often. His father's life and values shone through RJ in all that he did, so I felt as though I knew him personally. He must have been a wonderful father. RJ: Retirement is...

I became a patient of Dr. Gee's last fall after being referred to him for severe pain in my left heel. He performed a surgical procedure on my foot this January and my foot is feeling fine.
I was stunned to learn of his passing and I am deeply saddened. He was a pleasant, confident man and I appreciate what he did for me.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Sincerely,
Joe Petke

I knew Russ at Williams. He was a strong silent leader, but always had a quick smile. He was one of the true "stand up" men I have ever met. My thoughts and prayers to his wife and children. He did it right.
Respectfully,

Dear Mrs. Russell Gee & Family,
I met Dr. Gee in October of last year when I was involved in a motorcycle accident and needed reconstructive surgery on my foot, thanks to him I am walking again. I will always remember him as a caring and patient man who took the time to explain and listen. I am truly sorry for your loss. He will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Jill- I am shocked and greatly saddened to learn of your husband's untimely death. I was away last week and just learned of his death at the time of the funeral from the Uolorgy residents. I deeply regret that I was not able to attend his funeral. Russ and I were classmates at Williams. I can only begin to imagine the grief that you and your sons are feeling now and I hope that if there is anything that I or my family can do that you would not hesitate to ask. Please know that you are in...

Dear Jill, RJ, and Matt, I had the pleasure and honor of working with Dr. Gee for 10 years. I met him when I was hired at Grove Hill Orthopaedics as a medical assistant. I was working my way through nursing school. Dr. Gee had just arrived to the practice about 6 months before I arrived. They're is always some "growing pains" when a doctor starts his practice. He'd say to me, "Why can't I get any rooms for my patients?" and I'd tell him, "Dr. Gee, I'll do my best", and we'd work through it...

Dear Dr. Peters-Gee,
From a very brief discussion in your office (I was the patient) I could feel the love surrounding your family.
Mere words are not adequate to express my heartfelt sorrow at the loss of a husband and dad. As time passes, may your memories sustain you.
