Russell Oakley Harden, 71, of Crystal Lake, died Friday June 5, 2015 in Hinsdale.

He was born on May 21, 1944 to George and Florence Harden in Ottawa, Illinois.

Russell most enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; he also loved to ride his Harley.

Russell is survived by his loving children, Jackie (Jeff) Tessar, Russell Harden Jr., and Michael Harden; grandchildren, Tanya Montgomery, Serena and Gabrielle Harden, Ashley Harden, and Michael Harden Jr.; great grandson, Branden Beake; brothers, Don Harden Sr., Harvey (Patty) Harden, Robert (Ronna) Harden, and George (Gaylene) Harden; sisters, Jeannie (Larry) Bastia, Charmaine (Tom) Kelly and Bogie (John) Smuthers; and nieces, nephews and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his wife; his brothers, Dennis Harden, and Lyle Harden; sister, Carol Harden; and sister-in-law, Billy Harden.

Visitation will be held from 4-8p.m., Friday, June 12 at Davenport Family Funeral Home and Crematory, 419 E. Terra Cotta Ave, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

Funeral service will be held at 10a.m., Saturday, June 13 at the funeral home where a procession will form for a burial which will be held at Windridge Memorial Park, Cary following the service.
