Not sure what to say?

It has been almost 10 years since Russell died. The agony i feel this morning....still. It never goes away; depression is debilitating. I miss and yearn for him so deeply.

Vicki and Vern, I am so deeply sorry to hear of the death of your grandson. You have alot of love and care in your family and I know he will be forever loved and cherished. Please know that prayers have been sent to you and your family.....

I am so sorry for your loss, I remember him from Little League. I was on Candice and Ashley's Team and Scott coached us. I remember them running around the ball park while we played. I will be praying for your family through this time.
From Stephanie Brotherton
(I am one of the "twins", my name last name was Allen then.)

Russell was my son, and I miss him so much. How can I say goodbye, I just don't know. I love you Russ, so very much!!

I just heard from Patrick and it's taken a day or so to collect myself. I didn't have the chance to meet or get to know my nephew but I do feel your pain. I know that we have not been that close and I just want you to know that I LOVE you all and I have been praying for healing. If there is anything that I can do, PLEASE give me a call. Marc, you were there when Dad left us, I want to be there for you.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Though I never knew him I went to school with his Dad. My thoughts and prayers are with ya'll

I can still remember in 7th grade when russell and mines teacher. first day of role call and she said very loundly " russell KASPER? WHAT KASPER?? FROM THEN ON HE WAS KNOW AS KASPER!

Russ was one of the most dependable friends I could've asked for. I feel bad for not taking advantage of the time I had with him better but for the years we've been friends I learned I could trust Russel with anything. This guy was different from his friends, he didn't need to conform to fit in. I'm glad that I had the chance to get to know him so well.

Love is such a wonderful thing. No love is greater than that for a child and we must always remember the joy that the child brought to us. May the happy memories help ease your pain. Sending our love and prays to you at this most difficult time.
