MOUNT STERING, Ill. -- Russell Koch, 94, a resident of Parc Provence Nursing Home, Creve Coeur, Mo., formerly of Mount Sterling and Quincy, died May 13, 2011, in the nursing home. The Hendricker Funeral Home, Mount Sterling, is handling arrangements.
