Not sure what to say?

Dear Edith:
I am truly sorry to hear about the death of Russell. Both you and him have meant a great deal to our family. My wife Ruth and I will be in Lynchburg the second weekend of October. I hope we can visit.
Scott Collins

Our thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn the passing of Big Russ. May the love and support of family and friends comfort you and your faith sustain you.

Our deepest sympathies to the family. I only met "Big Russ" a few times, but he was always a kind, gentle man. No doubt he will be greatly missed. Marty and Bobby Svoboda, Memphis, TN

Russ popped into my office a few weeks ago just to say hi. He had a big smile, and wanted to know how things were going with me. Several years ago he was instrumental in providing work for an unemployed man who had some problems. He always had concern for ones downcast. What a great heart. I will miss you.

I am so sorry about your loss. But the bible tells of a promise when you can see your dead loved ones again. That is in Isaiah 26:19.may this scripture prove to be a encouragement to you

Russell Law was always kind, helpful, charitable, productive, uplifting and inspirational. He always did whatever he could to improve the lives of everyone, everywhere he traveled. No doubt, this world is a better place because of him. Indeed, he was a great man! He will never be forgotten. May he rest in peace. Our love and deepest sympathy to his family.

My sister and I helped a friend with a catered party at Russell's and Edith's home in Amherst County many years ago. I also saw Russell many times when I worked at Hill Hardware in Amherst. What a great man!

Uncle Russ was a wonderful man: cheerful, optimistic, kind, and active. He was my mother's little brother. Now that family has passed on and we are left without them. We miss them.
