Keep looking down on us from Heaven, Father Russ. We miss you down here. We continue to work to make the Parish and School a positive place as it was when you were there. Continue to rest in peace.

My son, we had good times, Watch over me and come and sit a while and remember, to hear your voice and see you smile, would be my wish today to spend one more day with you. I love and miss you every minute, say hi to Jimmy and tell him how much I love and miss him. Love you, Ma Come Home!

Thank you Fr Russ for making me feel welcome and part of the OLA parish family when I moved to the area. You did a good job in serving the Lord. Rest easy now that you are home.

We remember you Fr.Russ when you were taking care of Corpus Christi Parish who had no pastor, and at the same time, pastor of St. Leo. You did great! We really enjoyed your wonderful "down to earth" sermons and seeing you with your Irish wolfhounds. We miss you Fr. Russ . It was an honor to know you. Rest in peace with our Heavenly Father.

Russ engaged in a courageous battle against a devastating disease that carries a 14% 5-year survival rate. He fought until the end. He was in great pain throughout this ordeal. He is now at rest in Heaven. May he rest in peace.

We admired Fr. Russ for his strength, leadership, guidance and faith. We will continue to be inspired by the actions and things he acconplished while Pastor at Our Lady of Angels. He will live in our memories. God Bless!
