Praying for you Mills family. Russell Mills,Jr. was one of the most brilliant guys who grew up in Central City. He was a charismatic and unselfish lover of people. And anyone who knew Russell, for a minute,knew you would get his unsolited opinion on any subject. But we have to be honest and acknowledge, there was some truth in what Russell said. It was hard arriving on Xavier's campus as a Central City person, finding Russell already there. He designated himself as my campus "Big Brother."...

Mr. Russell will be missed. He was someone I looked up to and I consulted concerning my studies. He was truly a blessing to my life. I couldn't understand why I drew near to him and later I found out that he graduated from BTW with my parents. He and my dad were good friends at one time. I'm glad I got to know him and I pray that the Lord blesses his soul.
