Marilyn and Family, I was shocked to learn that Russ had passed away. I remember our DEC years when Ernie Trad and I shared an office with Russ. His sense of humor was great. I also recall when you an Russ were at the house playing the guitar. He will surely be missed.

Russ was a true...

Russ was a great guy and a superb professional. I enjoyed working with him because his personality reflected his name....always pleasant. I will make a blood donation in memory of Russ. Hank Williams, DEC Commissioner, 1983-87
