Dave, Heidi and family,

Sorry to hear of the passing of your dad. He was a great guy. I'll always remember him laughing at our antics on the baseball field. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Marilyn and Family,
I was saddened to hear of Russ' passing. He was a great mentor to me at DEC. As you probably know, I succeeded Russ as the Director of the Bureau of Water Resources. Marilyn and Family,

Marilyn and Family,

Russ was a true...

Hank Williams, DEC Commissioner, 1983-87

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Dave, Heidi & family,

We are very sorry for the loss of your Dad. Just know we are thinking of you during this difficult time and you will be in our prayers.
