Russell J. Nelson

I attended several training sessions taught by Russ had had the pleasure of talking to him several times about homicide investigations. He was an encyclopedia of knowledge always ready to help. He even volunteered to come out on calls with me on the night shift if anything came up of worth. He was an exceptional law enforcement officer and neighbor for many years.
