Not sure what to say?

Seeing the photo of Russ as I scrolled down made me smile. He was so good at that. Just making your day be the best.

I think of you often and when I do, a smile comes to my face.

This reminder for Russ what timely as I was just remembering what a great start he gave me in Salt Lake City. He was generous, thoughtful and caring. For a young woman in a new city it was like having a father watch out for you.

Janet and family: I am so sorry to hear about Russ's passing. He was always such a special person to me (as you were). For years I felt as if you were almost my second parents. Even though things did not work out for Dave and I you will always hold a special place in my heart. I am living in Mesquite, NV now and enjoying my retirement. With much love to you, Russ, Jan, Martha and family. Pat (Walker) Fizer

Working for you and Russ was one of the best experiences I've had in Salt Lake. I always enjoyed dropping in to the "factory" to chat with Russ. He made me welcome and always had time for me. Thanks.

Dear Aunt Maunie:

WE pray that this finds you well. We, too, were deeply saddened to hear that Russ has left us. I will never forget his kindness nor his wonderful spirit. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

God bless you and your family. May the Christmas season bring you comfort and hope.

Warmest regards,

Doug & Christine Fowler

Dear Aunt Mauny:

We were truly saddened to hear about the passing of Uncle Russ. I'll never forget all the great times I had visiting with you and Uncle Russ. I sure did love all of his stories and anecdotes. He had a great business sense and was so well versed with the Salt Lake business community with all of his knowledge and contacts. I know everyone in our family sure will miss his cheery disposition but we are all happy that we retain him in our thoughts, prayer, and...

Dear Maunie:
I'm very sorry to hear about Russ's passing. Though the vagaries of time and distance have scattered various members of our extended family, please know that memories of the kindness and affection shown by you and Russ to my mother and her brood remain strong and constant. My admiration for Russ and his achievments lies undiminished over the course of time, and I give thanks to whatever Powers exist that I had the opportunity to know him and enjoy his company.
