Not sure what to say?

Dear Nancy & Bill:
I was so saddened to hear. I never knew Russell as well as Linda, but do feel knew him through her stories especially his sense of humor. I know that Linda watches over me everyday, and I do believe she is helping Russell get organized in his new place.

Nancy,
Tom Wright of The Establishment here. Russell and I had a great lunch to catch up on the old band days after you and I had lunch at the ROCC several years ago. It was great to see how well he had done in life. We all should do so well.

Bill And Nancy, I just heard from Bobby Binns as well about Russie Russ that is what we called him, and I too must say that he helped me out while I was living in Houston and showed me what good family and friends really are and you must say you are a true example of that. May God be with you through this loss and know that we shall all meet again someday. Christy Owens

Nancy, and Bill,

I just heard from Bobby Binns about Russell.

My prayers are with you, and your family.

I am so sorry to hear this, Russ was such a loving, and kind man.

May God Bless You.

Eddie Martin

Dear Nancy, I just heard about your son from Nancy Henson. I cannot begin to imagine what you and Bill and the rest of your family are going through right now. My prayer for you is that you find comfort in your faith, your church and your friends. You are in my prayers. Judy McCoy

Bill & Nancy: You may not remember meeting us, but we are San Antonio relatives of Bob/Angela Temple. We are so sorry for your loss and will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Bill and Nancy - I'm so, so sorry. To survive both your sons is an unspeakable tragedy. I wanted to come to the funeral and share my condolences personally. You two and Russ have been bigger, larger-than-life personalities for me my whole life. I have so many funny stories and remembrances. Russell will never be forgotten. You, Russ, Will and Voss are in my thoughts and prayers. I look forward to seeing you again soon. Love, Jean

Nancy & Bill,
My heart was broke when I read the news about Russ. Your family was so good to me during my time in Houston. I wish that I could help soften the sorrow I know you are feeling. The most promising heeling comes through prayer and you all are in my prayers today.

I have great memories of picking up Russ when he was a kid and bringing him to work back in the 60's. I too have lost a child and understand your enormous grief right now. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
