Not sure what to say?

Russ hired me as a salesmen in 1972 and was a major influence in my sales career.

He was a real gentlemen, with a multitude of great qualities.

I best remember that he was always willing to listen to your concerns and opinions.

My deepest sympathy to Claire and the entire Spencer family.

Stan C Smykla

My sincere sympathy to the Spencer Family.
Russ gave me my chance to get back into the
workforce and I was with ICI for 20 years.
He was a fair and just man who I will never forget.
RIP, Russ.

Claire.it is with deep sorrow upon learning of Russ's passing. I worked with Russ for many years while I was employed by the Evening Bulletin. We enjoyed both a business and social relationship with both you and he. I know his faith will endear him to our Lord. Stay well we will pray for him. LOVE NICK & Maryjane Viggiano

Russ was kind enough to hire me back on March 4th 1991.
He hired me not knowing too much about me and also knew I had zero experience at the time.
It has been a career that I still hold to this day (25 years later).
I will always be forever grateful and indebted to Russ for providing me the oppurtunity and believing in me.
THANK YOU RUSS !!

My condolences to the Spencer family, Russs was a very kind and generous man and was always a pleasure to talk to.
He will be missed.

What a great man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. One of my favorite and most admired people in the world. Peace and Grace "Aunt" Clare , Rusty and Susie.

Although he was retired when I worked at ICI, he would come in and visit and attend different functions we had. Truly a sweet man that always had a smile on his face and kind words for everyone. A great man who will be missed by many.
