Not sure what to say?

my husband Ed Diephouse thought a lot of Russ & Norma. He passed away 20 years ago this month. However as his family we also remember many nice things about your family.
Just wanted to express our thoughts to you and yours. Dee Diephouse Wolffis

Hi Norma and family,
What memories have been brought back. The times you and Russ and Jack and Carol Sonneveldt, and Ruth and I had dinner together at the restaurant on the beach at Grand Haven. Russ was always jovial and kind with his words. His homecoming was on my 92nd birthday anniversary. My condolences and the comfort of the God of all comfort. Blessings, Gene Goulooze

Norma, we have fond memories of working with you and Russ in the early and formative years of the Woodland Drive In Church in Grand Rapids. You surely had an impact on that ministry which remains alive and well to this day, some 50 years later! Praise the Lord!

Many memories also of your Dad and my Dad, Harry Sagendorf, working together in adjoining woodworking shops.

Keeping you close in my heart and prayers and praying that you will experience strength for today and...

Loved him so. I would not be where I am today without him he was a fantastic CHRISTIAN example and witness. If there is anything I can do for your family let me know. Prayers for you all. Ron Ondersma

Norma and family, so sorry to hear about your loss of Russ. He was such a warm and kind Christian man. I always looked forward to seeing him on Sunday morning with a smile and hug. He will be missed.

I am sorry for your loss. My husband,Bob Mellema worked for Russ many years ago.we always enjoyed our time with Russ and Norma.I hope Bob welcomed Russ in heaven with a joke or two.

Aunt Norma, Scott, Sheri, Sally and families - we were so saddened to hear of the passing of dear Uncle Russ. Our hearts and love go out to you all. We are very sorry we cannot be present either for visitation or the funeral as we are out of the country and will not return until April. We can find some comfort knowing Russ is now with his Lord, his son Steve, his parents and other siblings. Sudden passings leave a large hole in our lives here on earth and our love goes out to you all. ...
