Not sure what to say?

I worked at the Opelousas Post Office and I met Rusty when he came to our office to do some work one day. We became friends over the years and I will cherish that friendship. He loved his children dearly and would talk about both of you so fondly. He was very proud of you. He also talked about his family and girlfriend. He had a lot of love for all of you. Please know that I pray for all of you with the loss of such a great father, son, sibling, companion, and friend. May God comfort you and...

We at the St. Martin Sheriffs office want to send our heartfelt condolence to all of the family. May your cherished memories help you thru this difficult time. May God bless you.

I offer my condolences to the family

I enjoyed the photos shared on Rustys obituary. It was easy to see who he loved and how blessed each of you were to have him in your lives. My memories are all of childhood / and a recent visit at a reunion. Sad to see Rusty gone so early in life - glad he isnt in any more pain. Blessings being sent to all of his family and sympathies are with you as you more your loss. Rusty was a great guy!

Me and Rusty and Richoux started the Post Office in Lafayette at the same time in 2007. For 3 years we worked together on the same shift. WE became friends and hung out. He was good soul.

To the Vincent Family, Rusty was such a kind and gentle person. He will surely be missed.

To all my family:

He was loved by all of us and he will be cherished in our memories forever. No one can prepare you for a loss, it comes like a swift wind. You will be missed and I love you!

May you take comfort in the fact that god will make you firm and he will make you strong in your time of sorrow
