Not sure what to say?

As another year has passed, our memories grow more dear! I think of all the times Rusty and my Wade spent together as friends and baseball buddies. Never ever forgotten! Love to the Riley family from one who walks in your shoes. ❤

Thinking of the Riley family on this day. I know he & my son, Wade Woodfin are in heaven talking baseball & remembering the good times of baseball at Park West.

Dear,
Coach thank you for all the training and tips you have given me through the years. I am utterly confused and shocked in finding this out. Thank you for everything you were one of the best coaches and motivators I have ever met in my life!

Thank you Rusty Rest In Peace.

May he Rest In Peace with our Heavenly
Father... My prayers go out to his
Family... RIP

I was deeply saddened to hear about the loss of such a great ambassador of the game of baseball. I found out from his former player, Jake Walters.
When Jake and I spoke, he said he was at Alabama because of Rusty and how much he meant to him.
Me personally, he was one of the good ones. A man who cared about players being their best and he would do anything for them. I admired him and cared for him deeply.
I will be in prayer for his family during this time.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Rusty's family. He always had a smile and some quick wit when I would see him at the ball field. He Always loved being there rain or shine. He will be missed but not forgotten. My son Colton enjoyed playing for him. His passion for the game was evident for all to see.

May God give the family grace and strength during this time or need.

It was one of my great privileges to get to officiate a few basketball games with Little Rusty. He was always concerned with taking care of his crew. He will be missed for his smile, wit and great personality!

We are so saddened to hear of Rusty's passing. He was a great coach, friend, and mentor to our son Matt during his years at Bases Loaded, and ABA. He also played a tremendous part in Matt being drafted to play baseball. Many fond memories and lots of laughter. We are praying for your family during this time.

Team Alabama practice . We love you and you will be missed!

My heart is broken to hear the news of Rusty's passing. Rusty was such a great mentor to my son and countless other kids and young men that he coached. Thanks for the memories my friend Rest in Peace and I pray for God to wrap his arms around and comfort the Riley family .
