What a blessing Rusty was in my life. He was the kind of person you wished you could be. A true friend who would do anything he could to help you, a great asset to our community. Rusty always had a smile for you . He cared deeply for his family. We use to talk for long periods of time about his children and his hopes for their well being as they grew up.
