Rusty Wayne Willis

Rusty was born on November 24, 1978 and passed away on Saturday, June 29, 2019. Rusty was a resident of Nitro, West Virginia at the time of passing. He attended Caney and Lane Elementary and graduated from Atoka High School on 1997. Rusty was a Journeyman Lineman with IBEW Local 1002 and was currently Senior Construction Manager for T & D Power. Rusty proudly served his country in The Oklahoma Army National Guard.
