In the 80's met Ruth while working in recovery at Children's. What a delightful woman! She was our volunteer family back then and may God bless her family and friends with her charming spirit and legacy of dedication. BJ

While I never met Mrs. Adler, I feel as though I know her through her work in the community. She is one of the founders of LIFT (Literacy Instruction for Texas) in 1961. Thousands of adult learners have benefited from the gift of learning to read and we are grateful beyond words for all of her amazing work to make our community a better place for all. Rest in Peace.
