Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Obituary

Ruth Alvarado, a beloved mother, wife, sister, niece and friend, passed away on June 19th, 2024 in Midland. She was born on November 15th, 1968 in the same city where she spent her entire life.

Ruth's legacy is one of unwavering love and dedication to her family. She leaves behind her cherished children: Miranda Fabela, Eileen Gonzales, Nicodemus Alvarado, Enrique Sanchez and loving husband: Inez (Rebel) Espinoza as well as her adored grandchildren. Ruth's devotion to her children knew no bounds; she worked tirelessly to provide them with a loving home and endless support. Her strength and resilience were evident throughout her life as she faced numerous challenges with grace and determination.

Those who had the privilege of knowing Ruth will remember her as a woman of many remarkable qualities. Her hardworking nature was matched only by her kindness and sense of humor. Ruth had an infectious laughter that could brighten even the darkest days for those around her. Her intelligence shone through in every conversation, offering wisdom beyond measure.

Ruth battled cancer with incredible bravery and fortitude. Throughout this difficult journey, she remained steadfastly positive while continuing to be there for others when they needed it most. Despite facing sickness head-on, Ruth never lost sight of what truly mattered - the love she held for those closest to her.

In addition to being a devoted mother and friend, Ruth also touched countless lives through acts of selflessness and compassion. She was dependable in times of need; always ready to lend an ear or offer guidance without hesitation.

The world has lost a beautiful soul whose impact will continue to resonate within the hearts of all who knew her. Though we mourn our loss deeply today, let us take solace in knowing that Ruth's spirit will live on through each person whose life she touched.

May we honor Ruth’s memory by carrying forward the values that defined her: love unconditionally; laugh often; persevere against all odds; embrace every moment with gratitude; cherish family above all else.

Viewing will be Sunday, June 30, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary at 7:00 p.m. at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home Chapel.
