Was an inspiration to a lot of women in politics.

What an incredible woman she was. We pray that God continues to strengthen and comfort the family during this extremely difficult time.

I worked in Delaware politics for a number of years but had come from out of state. Governor Minner welcomed me, introduced me to many key players and was always available. She was kind yet tough. A truly classy person.
