Not sure what to say?

Just heard this morning at Mass at St. Joseph's that Ruth had passed. I tried recently to find out where she was as she had not called in quite a while. She always called me at least once a year. We are so sorry to hear about your loss but know she lived a full life. She was always so cheerful and we will miss communicating with her. Our deepest sympathies to all of her family.

Ms. Barnard was a WONDERFUL and amazing woman. My heart goes out to the family.

June 2008, attending Carolyn's birthday party

Dear Ed and all - We are very saddened to hear about Ruth, and so very sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful neighbor and friend -- so caring, generous, witty, and fiercely independent -- all great qualities which inspired us daily. Carolyn will always cherish the many hours, days, and years they spent together, reminiscing about growing up in Iowa, sharing recipes and talking about our families. Ruth enriched our lives and we will forever be grateful. May you find comfort and peace in...

Haven't seen your family in years and that was at the lake next to Jane and Jerry's. I am so sorry f or your loss, she certainly lived a full life. Pat Hentz

Ruth was a dear woman--full of good energy. She was a fellow merchant on So U... I worked for her going-out-of-business sale. Always a happy woman. My friend, Ray Lewis, thought she was one of the bestest of the best--he adored her. She surely packed a lot of good living into her many years... Now she will be with those in heaven who have formed their Angels of the Moose.

Thinking of you all and sending heartfelt sympathy in your time of loss. May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.
