Not sure what to say?

I taught at Clubview school. I learned more about teaching 5 year olds to read from Ruth than from all my college courses. Each day was filled with a wonderland of poems, stories, art, songs, dances, hand-on science and free play! Children learned how to help each other and to applaud accomplishments. I´ll always treasure my memories of that time. I send my love to each of her family members. Barbara Morgan

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

My sincerest condolences to the family of T-Ruth. She was an inspiration and loving guide to all of us she led in the Fourth St. Youth Department.

To the family, as children growing up at Fourth Street we remember Ms. Barnett as a very patient, sweet spirited woman who loved everyone and always had a smile on her face. She truly was a blessing.

T-Ruth I love u and u will always have a special place in my heart!!!..I will truly miss u!!!...Thanks for allowing me to be a part of your life...I'll never forget the times we had together especially the singing and dancing!!!...I hope I become half the women that u were!!

The family has my deepest sympathy. Ruth
was a very loving and kind soror. She worked on many sorority projects and always insured that they were done very well.
Sisterly,
Soror Merrian Douglass

So thankful and grateful that God saw fit to put me in HER path! My Sincere condolences to my 2nd family! She "enjoyed" watching the plays I directed, shared with me in our conversations at The Liberty! I loved her peaceful soul and spirit!

I treasure my memories of the time I spent teaching with my dear friend Ruth. She was overflowing with creative lessons for a truly happy learning environment . She was always willing to share with other teachers making Clubview School a special place to teach and learn. I think of her often with love,
