Ruth Belcher was such a lovely person and I know she will be missed by Paul and Christina . I will always remember when Ruth, Christina and I took my boat from the Stoner St. launch on Red River all the way to Red River locks about 15 miles south . Ruth was having so much fun and I thought about Howard , her deceased husband and I know he would be happy about the gang of three going down the river. R.I.P. Ruth .
