Not sure what to say?

I am not sure if anyone will see this but I felt compelled to write something here, after reading all the beautiful things said about my Grandmother "my Mom Mom". I did not have the courage to speak at my Mom Mom's funeral, had I done so it would have been something like this. I spent a lot of time with my grandmother, I mostly remember her firy red hair, personality and spirit. She traveled a lot yet always wanted to hear in great detail about my travels, which I was lucky to have many in my...

She was my sister's mother-in-law for 36 years. We always thought the best of her.

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Bills passing. She was a nice lady. May she rest in peace.

Mrs. Bills was truly a wonderful teacher and had a way of delivering her messages about History and Civics that helped you learn without your even realizing it. She was a wonderful person who truly cared about her students and the "craft of teaching." Lawrence students were all better for having Mrs. Bills in their lives. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Mrs. Bills will forever be one of my favorite teachers. I majored in History and she was one of the sparks in my life for it. It was my privilege to have been one of her students in the Class of 1969...we were so lucky to have had her instruction and guidance.

Mrs. Bills inspired me to become a teacher. Her enthusiasm and knowledge were infectious.

As a member of the first graduating class of LHS, 1968, she was "ours". We had a special bond with her. She moved from Lawrence Jr. High to the high school and went through our first awkward year at LHS without seniors. She was an awesome teacher and a great person. Always upbeat and understanding. My deepest sympathy to her family. She will be missed by many. Karen Domanski Dow

My deepest sympathies to the entire Bills family.

I have such wonderful memories of history class and the History Club. She was a great lady who positively impacted the lives of many, many students.
