Ruth Elda (Garner) Blau, 81, of Emmett, Idaho, died Thursday, Dec. 19, 2013, at her home in Emmett.Burial will be held on Monday, Dec. 23, 2013, at the Bramwell Cemetery followed by Funeral Services at the Letha LDS Church, Idaho. Arrangements were with the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett, Idaho.
