Mrs. Brockman was the principal while I was in middle school in Vernon Hills. She is one of the few people I remember from back then. She had a heart of gold and really did look out for the best interest of the students. I was heart broken when my mom told me about her passing. She was close to her as well. Rest in paradise Mrs. Brockman.
