Denny, Vicky, Wesly, and Evan, Ruth was such a special person and I looked forward every time I had the opportunity to have her in my salon chair. Ruth Brubaker was the best of the best. Often seen riding her bike to work on Wackerly Street, never without a smile on her beautiful face. We loved that about her.
