RUTH B. BURCH

I will miss Ruth, and it's really hard for me to express exactly what she's meant to me over the years. On a professional level, I can honestly say that Ruth was the finest Staffing Specialist I have met in my 36 years of federal service. On a personal level, she was there when I needed her, even when I didn't realize I needed anyone. We'll see you again on the other side, Ruth. What amazing things you must be seeing now!

Mrrs. Burch was like a mother to me growing up my teenage years I was part of the family for a very long time. We enjoyed many trips to the Beach and fun at home as well. She will always be in my heart. And truly missed.

Ruth Burch, Ruth Biggs when my mother, another "government girl", first met her in D.C. during World War II, was a life long friend of my family. I'll never forget the friendship between my mother and Ruth through good times and bad, particularly during the several years before my mother died way to young in l981. Such devotion, concern and friendship, particularly as continued and extended to my own family for the last thirty-some years, enriches lives and remains eternal.
