Ruth R. Burke CHARLOTTE - Ruth Riddick Burke, 92, formerly of Hertford, died Sept. 13, 2008. A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. today in Bay Branch AME Zion, Belvidere. Stallings Memorial Chapel, Hertford, is in charge.
