In 1971 I had just graduated from Sunset High School in Oak Cliff when I interviewed for a job with Ruth Ann. Bless her heart she hired me and that was just the beginning of a lifetime of memories! She was with me when I got married, when my first child was born and through so many years of good times with Empire General Life and the Spurlock family!
