I was privileged to be a friend of Ruth's. For many years, we shared laughs, tears and joys! She was such a great woman who gave more than I ever think she received. Some days with a small knock at my door, pecan tassies or chocolate chip cookies arrived. Smiling face as she said heading off to Selingsgrove or headed out to bowl.
I spent some time with her over the years. Full of knowledge and stories some I will never forget. Even some limericks that made laugh and now will cherish...
