Not sure what to say?

To the family of my beloved Soror: My deepest sympathy is extended to you; I will continue to lift you up in prayer.

To the family of the late Ruth Grant Cottrell....deepest sympathies are extended from Costroe and Janice Palmer. Our prayers are with you. May God comfort you during your time of bereavement.

I attended Carver State and Ms. Cottrell was one of my teachers and my sister and I would also come to her house on the weekend and clean house for her. So sorry to hear that she passed away. The family has my deepest sympathy.

To the family of Ruth Cottrell, May the Grace of God comfort you in your time of sorrow. I admired Ms. Cottrell for many years, she was a great mentor.
Gayle Davis

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the family of Mrs. Ruth Cottrell. Mrs. Cottrell was like a second mother to my father (Elmer Black). She was very a sweet person, she would always have a kind or encouraging word to give me and my sisters. Mrs. Cottrell will be deeply missed by all that love her.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Soror Cottrell. I fondly remember her as a friend of my Mom's growing up in Mobile.

Sincerely,
Harrietta Eaton
