What a joy remembering singing in the choir at Monrovia Methodist Church with Ruth and the whole Creasser family! I hope that today's memorial service there is a comfort to Carol, Sharon, Marcia and the rest of the family.

Ruth Creasser was an important part of my childhood and I am grateful to John Gould for letting me know of this opportunity to contact her family. Mrs. Creasser took care of me when I was a preschooler. My family also attended the Monrovia Methodist Church, so memories include the whole family. I wish these words could be delivered in person.

Aunt Ruth was always very warm and welcoming and a good cook. I remember showing up the doorstep with two young college men very early one morning, she put them up for the rest of the night and prepared breakfast before they went on their way to the Rose Bowl game in 1969. I remember Ruth very fondly when I was working in the PCC Parent Education program. She was always patient and hardworking. I know her family will miss her very much.
