Ruth Honeycutt Daniels, of Wilmington, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

She was born in Raleigh,NC, June 30, 1943 the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. B. M. Honeycutt.

Ruth taught in the Wayne County Public Schools for many years. She was a long time member of Long Leaf Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband Arnold "Bill" Daniels, children Mike Daniels and Renee Galioto, grandchildren Morgan Galioto, Taylor Daniels, and Jordan Galioto, brother Gary Honeycutt, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at Andrews Mortuary Valley Chapel, 4108 S. College Rd., Wilmington.

The funeral service will be at 10 AM, Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Long Leaf Baptist Church, 317 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington.

The graveside service will be at 3 PM, Wednesday at Wayne Memorial Park in Goldsboro.
