Not sure what to say?

"Assured and peaceful" is just right; calm and reassuring to those around her. Ruth was not loud or splashy; she was impressively sincere, with a twinkle of humor, too. So glad to have known her. While Ruth is missed greatly, she remains forever with us, a key part of those who admired and loved her.

We have shared so many great times over the years and will always remember Ruth's kind smile and laugh and amazing energy. She will be in our hearts always. Love to you Bill, Christina and Beck.

Love Victoria and Bob

I remember Ruth (Bill) so well from SHC. She was vibrant and caring. Please know that she is in my thoughts and prayers...her family as well. God bless.

Bill, Beck and Christina, since first meeting Ruth in Ann Arbor in 1969, I have cherished our long friendship. She has always been an inspiration. She was on top of it all, from running her own successful business while making the next dance lesson, client meeting or scout activity, to shopping for the best pork chops at Glen's in Grayling. The many Diefenbach-Donohoe-Skinner vacations and adventures we have shared gave us all wonderful memories.
"I don't paddle and I don't pump gas." -...

My condolences for the loss of Ruth to our family. She was one of the "older" cousins to me when we were growing up, so I always looked up to her. She never wavered from being an inspiration even after we all stopped calling each other "kids".

Bill,

May Ruth's memory be a blessing to you and your family always. From your friends at UCSF.
