Ruth Evelyn Dowdy

Evelyn and I were friends for 15 years and was very dear to me. I miss her and pray that she is now at peace.

Evelyn was a wonderful neighbor. We would see her every morning out doing her walking around the school. Other times I would stop and visit with her and hear about her very interesting life. We really missed her when she moved, but it was the right decision, and I know she made so many friends there and contributed to the community in so many ways. Evelyn was always busy!

We have never quit missing our friend and neighbor Evelyn. We moved next door at about the same time and saw each one's grandchildren grow up. We hated to see her move, but I have many nice Santa's that she made me. I will always remember Evelyn and will miss hearing from her.
